Babatola Olufemi Ogunleye is a Development, Project Management and Construction Executive with over 19 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, mixed-use and infrastructure developments across Nigeria. He is recognised for helping developers, investors and organisations transform complex projects into commercially successful, well-governed and high-performing assets through disciplined project leadership, structured governance and delivery excellence.

As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of XQuizit Projects Ltd, Babatola leads the firm's strategic direction and oversees its Development Management, Project Management, Construction Management and Project Management Office (PMO) Advisory services. He works closely with developers, private investors, corporate organisations and institutions, serving as a trusted advisor and developer's representative throughout the entire project lifecycle, from project conception and feasibility to planning, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover.

With a multidisciplinary academic background in Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, and Project Management, Babatola brings a holistic perspective to the built environment. His ability to integrate design intent, planning principles, governance frameworks and construction delivery enables him to provide clients with structured, commercially focused and outcome-driven project leadership.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Urban and Regional Planning from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management awarded through Rome Business School in partnership with Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), Spain.

Professionally, he is a Chartered Member(CPM) - Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria (CIPMN), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) - Project Management Institute, US (PMI), Full Member of the Association for Project Management UK (MAPM), Registered Town Planner (RTP) - Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria(TOPREC), Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), and a Member of the Green Building Council Nigeria (MGBCN). These qualifications reflect his commitment to global best practices, professional excellence and sustainable development.

Throughout his career, Babatola has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across every stage of the project lifecycle, delivering projects through structured governance, effective stakeholder engagement and disciplined execution. His expertise includes project governance, commercial management, contract administration under NEC, FIDIC and JCT forms of contract, procurement strategy, project controls, quality assurance, risk management and executive reporting.

Under his leadership, XQuizit Projects has developed a reputation for implementing governance-driven delivery frameworks, digital project control systems and robust Project Management Offices (PMOs) that improve visibility, accountability, decision-making and delivery performance. He oversees the implementation of project strategies, ensuring that construction activities are delivered in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, programme objectives, contractual obligations and client expectations.

With a strong engineering foundation and advanced project management expertise, Fortune combines technical precision with practical leadership to drive project execution from mobilisation through commissioning and handover. His ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and maintain delivery standards enables clients to achieve predictable project outcomes while minimising operational risks.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management awarded through Rome Business School in partnership with Universidad Internacional de Valencia (VIU), Spain.

Professionally, Fortune is a Chartered Project Manager (CPM), Project Management Professional (PMP®), a COREN-registered Civil Engineer, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
