Babatola Ogunleye is a multidisciplinary project, construction, and development professional with over 19 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Nigeria.

His expertise is rooted in a strong academic foundation spanning Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, and Project Management - enabling him to bridge design intent, planning frameworks, and structured project delivery with clarity and control.

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Architecture from Yaba College of Technology Lagos Nigeria, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Urban and Regional Planning from the Federal University of Technology, Akure Nigeria, and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Project Management from Rome Business School / VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia, Spain.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP®), Full Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM), Registered Town Planner (RTP), and member of the Green Building Council Nigeria (MGBCN), Babatola brings a governance-driven and sustainability-conscious approach to project leadership.

At XQuizit Projects Ltd, he leads the firm’s strategic direction, PMO development, and delivery framework, with oversight across project execution, contract administration (NEC/FIDIC/JCT), vendor performance, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination. He is particularly known for helping organisations establish structured Project Management Offices (PMOs) that improve visibility, accountability, and delivery performance.

He is known for introducing structured project controls, digital reporting systems, governance frameworks, and delivery processes that elevate execution standards and support long-term asset value.

Babatola’s long-term focus is on advancing project delivery systems in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa through stronger governance, sustainability integration, digital transformation, and institutional PMO excellence within the built environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Nigeria, and a Master’s degree (MSc) in Project Management from Rome Business School / VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia, Spain - combining strong technical foundations with advanced project management expertise.

Fortune’s experience spans site engineering, construction coordination, and full-cycle project execution, with a strong focus on quality assurance, safety management, and risk control. His background in QHSES, safety supervision, and Six Sigma (CSSBB) further strengthens his ability to drive efficiency and maintain high delivery standards.
